Positive: The stay at Villa d'Arte was fantastic, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The apartment has a beautiful view, is very tastefully decorated, and everything has been thought through down to the last detail. The restaurant downstairs is also worth a visit, with excellent cuisine and service. And as a bonus, the staff are always friendly and smiling.

Excellent accommodation!!!! :-) Positive: Excellent accommodation!!!! :-) We stayed from September 8th to 15th, 2025, and the accommodation provided us with everything we needed. And with a 6-month-old baby, those needs are more than enough. The two of us adults, our 12-year-old son, and our 6-month-old daughter enjoyed the accommodation, the restaurant associated with it, and the proximity to the beach - everything was close. And for us, it was a big advantage that there is an elevator in the accommodation since we had a baby stroller. We thank the owner for the nice experience. We hope to return next year.

Top Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe Positive: Super Lage, direkt am Strand, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in der direkten Umgebung. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Sowohl der Besitzer, als auch die Angestellten sind alles super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Bereits am zweiten Tag wurden wir gefragt, ob wir neue Handtücher benötigen oder etwas anderes fehlt. Unten im Gebäude befindet sich ein sehr schönes Café. Top Empfehlung für entspannte Urlaubstage. Negative: Es gab keine Küchezeile. Nur einen Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Wer wert auf eine Küche legt, ist hier vielleicht nicht richtig. Das sollte man beachten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Positive: -Die Ausstattung war wunderschön. Die Sicht aufs Meer lässt dir keine Wünsche mehr übrig. -Liegt an der besten Lage von Tučepi. Restaurants und Supermärkte alle zu Fuss erreichbar. -Das Meer liegt dir gleich vor den Füssen. -Der Inhaber hat bei kleineren Problemen sehr schnell reagiert und war immer zuvorkommend.
